2. Description of Service

Legal Advisor Pro provides AI-powered legal consultation, document generation, and legal guidance services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers: Free, Professional, and Enterprise.

3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers:

Free: Limited access with 5 AI consultations and 2 document generations per month
Professional ($49/month): Unlimited consultations, 50 document generations per month
Enterprise ($199/month): Unlimited consultations and document generations with premium support

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3.3 No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an active subscription.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
You will lose access to premium features at the end of your billing period
Your account will revert to the Free tier

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Not use the Service to generate content that violates any laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Legal Advisor Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Documents generated through the Service are provided for your use, but the underlying AI technology and templates remain our property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Legal Advisor Pro provides AI-generated legal information and documents. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

In no event shall Legal Advisor Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
